Final Standings...
Kingston High.
May 24th, 2008.
Another ordinary day at school. Nothing special or exciting was happening. The weather was warm, but cloudy, the teachers were doling out homework, the gossips were gossiping... Total normalness. The public school had over 1,000 students, but they didn't have enough room in the classes, so the students of Mr. Bernard have geometry 5th period underground, in an old bomb shelter, where everything is isolated. The students always remember to bring a watch, because they can't here the school bells, and they don't want to be late for 6th period.
On this particular day, Mr. Bernard realized halfway through class that he had left their corrected tests upstairs in the staff room, so he runs off to get them.
The students wait, impatiently, for him to get back, but he never does... The time comes for the end of class, and he still isn't back. Nonchalantly, the students file up the stairs, fearing a detention for being late.
Something is strange though. There isn't the usual clamor of students rushing around, talking...
The students look around. Nobody is in the school. There has been no fire drill. Nothing seems out of place- except the absence of people. When looking into a classroom, books are laid out on desks, as if everybody had stood up and left.
Everyone is gone. Nobody is in the stores, houses, restaurants...
What will the students do? Will they cause havoc and steal from the stores? Will they try and rebuild a new society? And finally, how will they find out what happened to everybody else in the world?
The Peasant and his Ghost
Once upon a time, in the kingdom of Brashire, a princess fell in love with a peasant. Typical story. King Andrew, of course, wanted his daughter to fall in love with a prince. Well, he didn't care if she fell in love with a prince- She was going to marry a prince.
The village of Eclesair was defined by the massive castle rising up in the middle. The castle was huge, built partially of gold and gems as well as painted stones. The peasants were poor, and worked hard all day long for enough money to buy scarcely enough food to feed their family. The king's family were rich, and threw food away daily. The only hope for a peasant was to be hired by the king.
To keep good public relations, the king talked to citizens regularly. Or rather, once a month he stood around in town and let his guards do the talking. However, he did let his daughter, Serena, wonder around the town, to get an idea of how lucky she was and how she wasn't to associate with the peasants.
However, she didn't quite understand that message.
The King noticed that she was starting to spend her time every month with one young man in particular, Darien. When first questioned, Serena denied loving the young man, but a couple of days later, Darien came to ask the King for Serena's hand in marriage.
The King sent him to the dungeons for a day.
Unfortunately, the day after Darien was freed, the princess disappeared for a few hours. She claimed that she was simply in the sewing room, and she had lost track of the time.
Two days later, both Serena and Darien were missing.
Darien knew plenty of shortcuts through the woods, and the couple were soon out of the kingdom, and in foreign territory- the territory of Shoshire, under King Simon and Prince Diamond's rule. They planned on acting as a normal peasant couple from Brashire, who had gotten sick of King Philip's overbearing rule, and that they had come to find a better life.
Sadly, Prince Diamond had visited King Philip two weeks ago. He dined with the Princess. He, also, had a habit of standing around in the town center monthly.
Darien and Serena had bought a small hut with a bracelet Serena had taken with her, and were quite happy, until one day. Diamond recognized Serena under her veil.
Darien was killed, and Serena was taken prisoner.
The king's knights are out searching for Serena, with orders to kill Darien, when they are found by a ghost. Darien's ghost. His presence can only be around for a few seconds at a time, but the knights have to find Serena, or else she will be killed and Brashire will have no nobility, making it a lot easier for Shoshire to take over the empire, or Diamond will make Serena his wife, meaning that he has easy access to Brashire.
Will you join in on the action?
Breakdown at Sunrise
She walks down the aisle, the picture of a blushing bride. Her family and his beam at her from both sides. Her Jacob stands as her best man. She tries to smile, but watching her Jake... She can't. She sees the life she could have(should have) had with him. And the life she'll have with Edward. Or the death, she supposes. Does she really want to be frozen at eighteen? If she honest with herself, she's not sure. Ending her life should be something she's sure of.
She stops, trips. Her father stumbles with her. Her eyes widen as she realizes the magnitude of what she's doing. She half whispers 'i'm so sorry, please forgive me, i can't'. She turns, nearly falls over her expensive French heels, and exits the chapel.
Once she's taken off the painful shoes, she doesn't stop until she's reached her father's house. She changes out of the too fancy wedding dress, and gets into her car.
Bella Swan can't live in a fairytale where the good guy doesn't get a happy ending.
•••
That was six years ago. Bella Swan has finally returned to Washington. She's gone everywhere, set foot on each continent, finally been her own person, and is at last ready to come home.
The Cullen family left Forks soon after the wedding fell apart. Will they return?
The La Push werewolves are still patrolling, unable to stop phasing yet. There is some stress between Jacob and Sam, will the Pack be able to stay united?
The Volturi haven't forgotten Isabella Swan. It is time to make sure that the Cullen Coven has kept up their end of the bargain. Will they begin a war?
~~The History Of Alvidia~~
Long ago, in a dimension much like our own, Alvidia was created. Now, Alvidia is exactly like Earth... well, mostly. Alvidians are not only humans and animals, but creatures as well, like the kind in the Greek myths as well as fairytales. It also lacks the modern technology, such as phones, cars, computers, and other things along the lines of that, including power. It's a medieval fairytale land.
Alvidia was divided into five regions:
Charvanita
Melanchios
Sarnile
Narvanisi
Jinositu
Charvanita houses the main city, Elradin. This is home to the king and queen, along with Charvantian peasants. This is the good lands, filled with nature and peace. It is located in the top right of Alvidia. They are in a constant feud with Melanchios. Other cities are Vlacier, Donjue, and Darsinia.
Melanchios is the the evil land, filled with death and hatred. The main city there is Aronese, home to the Prince of Darkness. Anyone evil lives in these lands, and it is located in the bottom left corner of Alvidia. Other cities include Regonimo, Karviga, and Larcionata.
Sarnile is a loner land, located in the top left corner of Alvidia. It is dark, quiet, solitary. It's loner's land, and every person is for themselves, refusing to be ruled. It is just pure anarchy. Sarnilians are also viscious and cruel, but not as cruel as the Melanchians. There are no cities, but camps of small groups or loners.
Narvanisi is located in the bottom right corner of Alvidia, and this is a neutral territory. It's main city is Havanisa, and there is a democracy government. Narvasinian people do not interfere in the feud between Melanchios and Charvantina, and prefer their space from the feud. other cities include Xeanor, Orinis, and Wyanu.
Finally, there is Jinositu. This area is purely wild, and located in the center of Alvidia. It also reaches between each of the other regions, creating a border. This area is complete wilderness, and no one is allowed to claim it. You are allowed to stay here though,, but not as a permanent residence.
You may ask, What is outside of Alvidia? Well, it is pure darkness. No one could ever possibly escape. Mysteriously, rivers that run all over Alvidia also run in and out of the darkness. Another thing, resources are unlimited, as the land regenerates itself.
So, will you be the one to end the war between Melanchios and Charvanita? Will you cause trouble in Sarnilie? Or, will you stay out of the fights in Jinositu? It's time for you to decide, and welcome to the land of...

History:
Thousands of years ago, a special part of the world was singled out. It was just a regular old forest, with a glorious long field separating it in two. It was hidden away, preserved in its natural state. Why the mystical beings chose it to serve them, no one knows. All that is known is that it was changed. Though the field and a pond nearby, connected to a trickling river, stay in tact, the landscape on either side of them is transformed. To the west, snow blows over, covering everything from the trees to the ground. To the east, the sun shines, windy dryness being a permanent factor. Nothing seems unusual- but that's just the thing. The forest never changes.
For as long as anyone can remember, Pegasi and humans have lived in harmony in this sacred forest. Fire and Ice split, each keeping to their own boundaries and traditions. The equines and humans can use magic in ways not imagined by most, and use it for the good of their herds and villages. For the Pegasi are not your average animals, they are as intelligent as any human.
So join them all in their quest to preserve what is theirs, to discover what their life means and what they are destined to do to survive. Whether you choose the everlasting winter of the Ice Herd and Village, or the eternal warmth of the Fire Herd or Village, the choice is yours.
